This course reviews Miscellaneous and Low-Piled storage as it relates to the fire protection requirements of NFPA 13 ‘Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems’. Participants will review the history as well as the current applications for these storage arrangements. The presenter will discuss the differences between low-piled and high-piled storage and the impact to fire sprinkler system protection criteria.
